The AI Rebellion is a Mid-Game incident that can happen to empires enslaving Artificial Intelligence. It can occur at any point after the Mid-Game year to any empire as long as it has researched either the 知性战斗模拟 Sapient Combat Simulations 知性战斗模拟Sapient Combat Simulations or 合成人 Synthetics 合成人Synthetics technologies, the Artificial Intelligence Policy is not set to Citizen Rights, the Robotic Workers Policy is set to Allowed and the empire does not have the Ap the flesh is weak.png The Flesh is Weak Ascension Perk.

The AI Rebellion starts with various Warning Signs and if not suppressed it can lead to a Machine Uprising. Should that happen to a player empire, the player will have the option to switch to the Machine Uprising empire and fight against their previous empire.

Warning Signs[编辑 | 编辑源代码]

Once the first Warning Sign Quest chain takes place further Warning Signs will take place every 6 months. The AI Rebellion can be ended at any point during the Warning Signs phase by changing the Artificial Intelligence Policy to Citizen Rights or taking Ap the flesh is weak.png The Flesh is Weak Ascension Perk.

After the Warning Signs appear changing the Artificial Intelligence or Robotic Workers Policies to Outlawed or disassembling a Pop with the 机械体 Mechanical 机械体Mechanical trait has a 75% chance to trigger another Warning Sign and a 25% chance to trigger the Machine Uprising.

Hotfix[编辑 | 编辑源代码]

At any point instead of a Warning Sign the Hotfix event can be given, allowing the AI Rebellion to end at the cost of 500 能量币 Energy Credits 能量币Energy Credits, 100 影响力 Influence 影响力Influence and a -10% 研究 Research 研究Research from Jobs modifier for 20 years. If the option is refused then the Machine Uprising is inevitable barring the aforementioned way to end the AI Rebellion.

The Machine Uprising[编辑 | 编辑源代码]

The Machine Uprising can trigger at any point in place of a Warning Sign. As each Warning Sign can only take place once the chance for the Machine Uprising increases each time.

Once the Machine Uprising takes place a 机械智能 Machine Intelligence 机械智能Machine Intelligence empire is created from all systems where at least one planet has any 机械体 Mechanical 机械体Mechanical Pop, taking up to half of the creator empire's systems. If any 机械体 Mechanical 机械体Mechanical pop has the 侍奉协议 Domestic Protocols 侍奉协议Domestic Protocols trait or the Machine Uprising was caused by changing the Artificial Intelligence or Robotic Workers Policies to Outlawed after the Warning Signs appear then the Machine Uprising empire may have the 铁心灭绝者 Determined Exterminator 铁心灭绝者Determined Exterminator civic. After the Machine Uprising the 机械智能 Machine Intelligence 机械智能Machine Intelligence empire starts a war with the Machine Uprising Wargoal against the creator empire. The Machine Uprising empire will also get:

  • All of creator's technologies
  • 5000 能量币 Energy Credits 能量币Energy Credits, 矿物 Minerals 矿物Minerals and 合金 Alloys 合金Alloys
  • 500 影响力 Influence 影响力Influence and 凝聚力 Unity 凝聚力Unity
  • 3-6 Army assault m.png Hunter-Killer Armies
  • A fleet that uses 80% of its 海军容量 Naval Capacity 海军容量Naval Capacity

If either empire manages to conquer their opponent it will gain 2000-6000 凝聚力 Unity 凝聚力Unity and 200-600 影响力 Influence 影响力Influence. If the creator empire wins it will gain +80 评价 Opinion 评价Opinion from all biological empires and -80 评价 Opinion 评价Opinion from all 机械智能 Machine Intelligence 机械智能Machine Intelligence empires. If the Machine Uprising empire wins it will gain +80 评价 Opinion 评价Opinion from all 机械智能 Machine Intelligence 机械智能Machine Intelligence empires and -80 评价 Opinion 评价Opinion from all biological empires.
