====Crisis declaration====

The Custodian or members of the Galactic Council can propose crisis declaration resolutions. Crisis declaration resolutions cost 300 {{icon|influence}} influence to propose or repeal and will start a war between the Galactic Community or Galactic Imperium and the target using the Crisis War wargoal. During the war, member empires gain {{green|+20%}} {{iconify|ship build speed}} and {{green|-10%}} {{iconify|ship upkeep}}. The war will end prematurely if the resolution is repealed.
