This policy determines how much freedom an empire gives to artificial intelligence. This policy becomes available once the {{iconify|Positronic AI|21px}} or {{iconify|Synthetics Tech|21px}} is obtained, or after contact with certain empires. In {{iconify|Synthetic Dawn}} synthetics in servitude may start an AI rebellion.
