== Human Ground Forces == === Overview === All 7 Imperial Factions can build all the below units when meeting all the required criteria. Certain Imperial Armies require particular planets and planet types so they can be built. The Imperial units range from the elite Space Marine Companies to the Conscript Regiments used as cannon fodder. As well as this titan war machines are also buildable capable of destroying entire invasions by themselves. One thing is certain with all Imperial troops they will all fight in the name of the Emperor and die in his service. Whether they die by the enemies hand or by Imperial firing squads is another matter. === Lore === After the Horus Hersey to avoid a rebellion of that scale again the Imperial Army was dissolved. in its place it was replaced by the Imperial Guard and the Imperial Navy both completely separate from each other. The Imperial Guard form the bulk of the Imperial ground forces. Numerous Imperial Guard regiments fight in thousands of battles across the galaxy per hour in service to their emperor, However with these standard regiments come the more elite and specialised regiments and forces. Formed from worlds which are inhospitable or warzones they are battle hardened soldiers. From the Cadian Shock Troops to the Catachan Jungle fighters they are more deadlier than there standard counterparts. However the pinnacle of the Imperium's soldiers are the Space Marines. Genetically engineered super soldiers whose one purpose is to kill the enemy in the most badass fashion. Space Marines are one of if not the best warriors in the galaxy. When discussing the Imperium's weapons of war none beat the Titan war machines few in number but able to bring devastating firepower to the battlefield. These gigantic weapons put even the toughest Ork Waaaagh to the test. When you play one of the Imperial factions you can be sure you will have a variety of troops to use. === Basic Armies === ==== Imperial Guard Small Regiment ==== This regiment is buildable on any planet you own when your are one of the Imperial human factions. These troops will be the early bread and butter or your ground forces class - Assault army Stats - damage = 1.35 health = 3.35 morale = 1.35 time = 90d to build maintenance = 0.30 minerals cost = 70 minerals ==== Imperial Guard Medium Regiment ==== These regiments can only be built on the hive and industrial planet types and are much tougher than the small regiments class - Assault army stats - damage = 1.55 health = 3.55 morale = 1.55 time = 110d to build maintenance = 0.50 minerals cost - 100 minerals ==== Conscripts ==== These unfortunate citizens are drafted into the guard given a Lasgun and some training and sent into battle. Note they are only buildable on Hive worlds class - Assault army stats - damage = 1.15 health = 3.15 morale = 1.15 time = 80 maintenance = 0.15 minerals cost = 40 minerals ==== Whiteshields ==== Whiteshields are the cadets of Cadia before they enter Cadia's army. Fierce and well trained they can only be built on Cadia class - Assault army stats - damage = 1.30 health = 3.40 morale = 1.50 time = 60d to build maintenance = 0.25 minerals cost = 35 minerals === Medium Armies === ==== Armoured Regiment ==== These regiments have many fighting vehicles in them from Lemon Russ's to Baneblades. Can only be built on Forge Worlds class - Assault army stats - damage = 2.7 health = 5.0 morale = 2.4 time = 300d to build maintenance = 1.50 minerals cost = 280 minerals ==== Death Planet Imperial Guard Regiment ==== These regiments come from worlds where the environment is deadly and so are extremely resilient. Note they can only be built on barren worlds, tomb worlds and asteroids. class - Assault Army stats - damage = 1.80 health = 4 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 1 mineral cost = 150 minerals ==== Death Korps ==== These regiments come from toxic worlds where the environment is deadly they wear specialised equipment to cope with this. Note they can only be built on nuked worlds. class - Assault Army stats - damage = 1.80 health = 5 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 1.1 minerals cost = 200 minerals ==== Penal Legion ==== This regiment are made up of criminals who are given a lasgun and forced to fight so they can redeem themselves. They can only be built of penal worlds class - Assault Army stats - damage = 1.15 health = 3.50 morale = 1.15 time = 60d to build maintenance = 0.25 minerals cost = 50 minerals ==== Skittari ==== These poor souls were altered so they are now cyborg warriors with no freewill by the Adeptus Mechanicum. Extremely effective and merciless they can only be built on forge worlds class - Assault Army stats - damage = 2.5 health = 4.5 morale = 2.5 time = 200d to build maintenance = 1.4 minerals cost = 250 minerals === Advanced Armies === ==== Multi Regiment Battlegroup ==== A combination of several regiments into a combined attack force. Can only be built on Fortress worlds. class - Large Assault army stats - damage = 6.0 health = 7.0 morale = 3.5 time = 400d to build maintenance = 3.00 cost = 450 minerals ==== Imperial Guard Big Regiment ==== These are the largest regiments of the guard and so can bring a great deal of firepower to the battle. They can only be built on the higher stages of the hive world chain class - Assault Army stats - damage = 1.80 health = 3.80 morale = 1.80 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Catachan Fighters ==== Only buildable on the planet Catachan these regiments are elite specialising in jungle and ambush warfare. Deadly, effective but most of all awesome class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2 health = 4 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 cost = 150 minerals ==== Cadian Shock Troops ==== Only buildable on the planet of Cadia these troops are taught from birth how to fight. Better than standard imperial regiments class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2.2 health = 4 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Armageddon Steel Legion ==== These regiments are only buildable of the world of Armageddon. Experienced in mechanised warfare against the Orks they are a worthy addition to any army class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2 health = 4.2 morale = 2 time = 150 maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Death Korps of Krieg ==== These regiments can only be built on the world of Krieg and are notorious siege regiments. Always wearing gas masks into battle class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2.2 health = 4.2 morale = 100 time = 100 maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Mordian Iron Guard ==== These are highly disciplined regiments who can only be built on the planet Mordia. They are fiercely loyal to Emperor and Tetrarch class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2 health = 4.2 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Scintillan Fusiliers ==== Scintilla is the only planet they can be built from. These regiments are well trained and armed they specialise in combined arms tactics class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2 health = 4.2 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Praetorian Guard ==== Only buildable on Praetoria these soldiers come from the toughest gangs in the city and are brutal killers. class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2 health = 4.2 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Valhallan Ice Warriors ==== These cold hearted warriors can only be built on the world of Vahalla and are able to stomach extremely cold weather and fight in it to. class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2.2 health = 4.2 morale = 2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Tallarn Desert Raiders ==== These soldiers specialise in guerrilla hit and run tactics and can only be built on the world of Tallarn class - Elite Assault Army damage = 2 health = 4 morale = 2.2 time = 150d to build maintenance = 0.80 minerals cost = 150 minerals ==== Vostroyan Firstborn ==== These soldiers aim to redeem themselves from their worlds role in the Horus Heresy and so fight to the last. class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 2.2 health = 4.2 morale = 2.2 time = 150 maintenance = 0.80 cost = 150 minerals === Space Marines === The Space Marine Chapters, the Legio Custodes and the Grey Knights all have different requirements to build. However some of these forces require a specific world to build on as well as this they all need their individual fortress monastery's to build. You will need to research gene tech purification to get these chapters. Note only one fortress monastry can be built for each chapter ==== Ultramarines ==== Can only be built on the planet Macragge in the Ultramar Sector. Out all the chapters the Ultramarines have the best stats although arguably not as cool as the space wolves class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.2 health = 6.2 morale = 4.2 time = 360d to build maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost = 550 minerals ==== Space Wolves ==== Can only be built on the planet Fenris class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.1 health = 6.1 morale = 4.1 time = 360d to build maintenance = 2.1 minerals cost = 560 minerals ==== Blood Angels ==== Can only be built on the planet Baal class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 6.0 morale = 4.0 time = 360d o build maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost = 550 minerals ==== Grey Knights ==== Can only be built on the planet Titan. These are the daemon hunters of the Imperium class - Elite Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 6.0 morale = 4.0 time = 360d to build maintenance = 2.0 cost = 550 minerals ==== Dark Angels ==== Can only be built on the planet Caliban Class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 6.0 morale = 4.0 time = 360d to build maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost = 550 minerals ==== Black Templars ==== Since this chapter had no home world they can be built any where you have constructed their fortress monastery class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 6.0 morale = 4.0 time = 360d to build maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost = 550 minerals ==== Blood Ravens ==== Although the chapter was based in sub sector Aurelia it can be built anywhere due to the fact they are a fleet based chapter class - Space Marine Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 6.0 morale = 4.0 time = 360 maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost = 550 minerals ==== Legio Custodes ==== These are the emperors elite bodyguards. Lore wise they based on Terra however they can be built anywhere class - Elite Assault Army stats - damage = 4.0 health = 10.0 morale = 4.0 time = 160d to build maintenance = 2.0 minerals cost - 360 minerals === Imperial Titan War Machines === These are the strongest weapons an imperial ground force can bring to bear. Expensive but worth the cost as they crush the enemy under their giant metal feet. Built by the Adeptus Mechanicum they are revered gods of war used only at the most desperate of times or in the greatest crusades. Note all titans require the titan army technology to build. ==== Imperial Knight ==== Smaller and more agile than the typical titan they are operated by knightly houses and require the imperial knight base Class - Imperial Knight stats - damage = 6.0 health = 8.0 morale = 6.0 time = 500d to build maintenance = 3.5 minerals cost = 1050 minerals ==== Reaver Titan ==== requires the reaver titan base to build. Although that as fast or powerful as other titans this class of titan is still powerful in its own right. class - Reaver titan stats - damage = 8.0 health = 10.0 morale = 8.0 time = 700d to build maintenance = 4.5 minerals cost = 1450 minerals ==== Warhound Titan ==== Requires the warhound titan base. This type of titan is designed to scout ahead of a imperial army. fast and agile and very deadly class - Warhound Titian stats - damage = 7.0 health = 9.0 morale = 7.0 time = 600d to build maintenance = 4 minerals cost - 1250 minerals ==== Warlord Titan ==== class - warlord titan Requires the warlord titan base. The most widely deployed titan it is designed for the heaviest fighting at the front line. stats - damage = 9.0 health = 12.0 morale = 9.0 time = 800d to build maintenance = 5 cost = 1650 minerals ==== Emperor Titan ==== The most powerful and dangerous of all the titans. They are mobile fortress's with incredibly thick armour and weaponry capable of destroying entire cities in hours. class - Emperor class titan requires the emperor titan base stats - damage = 11 health = 13 morale = 11 time = 1001d to build maintenance = 7.1 minerals cost = 2001 minerals
